Wisp starts abusing his relocate ability and takes QoP to the enemy fountain. Does this again later on and was done deliberately to kill friendly players

This was just insane. He insulted me verbally and on text base. It's one of those players who makes players quite from the game. This guy needs a perma communication ban!
Verbally insulted me several times, even when staying quiet, he continued, so I had to say something back. Then he got upset, stole my items off the courier and refused to give them back. Continued to tried to insult me because he was doing worst than me.
